		<description>@karens: Thanks for your comment - I can&#039;t tell you how many times in NYC one goes past what was a nice restaurant and there is this exact sign.  Six months later - as is the case here -  the same sign is there and through the window one can see that there is no work going on.  And then you see the &quot;for rent&quot; sign.  It sucks.  Be honest .  Just saying thanks for your patronage is enough of a hint to know the truth.</description>
