This is a very strong appeal to everyone. We all know SOMEONE, close, or not so close, who is stricken by this terrible disease. Whatever way one can help, one must do so. It seems to have become an epidemic, and it must be fought, not only by the people who have unfortunately contracted cancer, but by all, who can give money, or time or even the gift of kindness or caring to those who are suffering; and support and encourage- ment to those who manage to make it.
